Comparison between DNA and RNA

The main difference between DNA and RNA is the sugar present in the molecules: While the sugar present in a RNA molecule is ribose, the sugar present in a molecule of DNA is deoxyribose. DNA and RNA base pairing is slightly different, since DNA uses the bases adenine, thymine, cytosine, and guanine; RNA uses adenine, uracil, cytosine, and guanine.
